Company Definition

Xin Invoice 3.0 supports multiple companies. It is very suitable for businesses that having multiple branches and wish to keep the data separately.

All Information from Company page will be displayed in default print-out template for Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Not and Customer Statement. If you custom made your own print-out template, you have an option to remove any of these information from your template.

Fields Definition

Fields	Definition
Company Name	Company registered name. It should be an official name and will be displayed in default print-out template (Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Note, Customer Statement)
Reg. No	Company registration number.
Tax Name	Name of tax applied to your company in your country.
Tax Number	Identity of tax applied to your company in your country.
Phone	Company phone number to be displayed in print-out template. It is for display purpose, if you have more than 1 phont number, you may enter the data like this : "042-7023 1323, 041-6983 3213"
Fax	Company fax number to be displayed in print-out template.
Email	Company email to be displayed in print-out template.
Website	Company website to be displayed in print-out template.
Address	Company addres to be displayed in print-out template.
Logo	Company Logo to be displayed in print-out template. To best fit into Xin default template, your logo image file should be with the size width=160px and height=100px. If you have a different size of company logo image file, we suggest your custom made your own print-out template and adjust the image object in the Report Designer to suit your logo image file size.
Attachment	Attachment is an additional function that you can attached any important file related to your company into the system. Example, you may attach your company registration document, your company logo etc for reference.
