Add Inventory Photo
You can add photo to each Inventory item and it can be printed in the Invoice, Quotation, Delivery Note, Credit Note and Purchase Order.
1. In Xin Inventory 1.0 program, click on "Inventory" tab on the top menu.
2. Select the Inventory from the Inventory list, click button "Edit" on the top menu to open the Inventory detail page.
3. In the Inventory detail page, click on "Photo" tab. Select the option "Upload" and click on the browse button to select your physical inventory image file. Click button "Save" on the top menu to save the changes.
4. When you print the Invoice or Quotation with Xin Template 2, the inventory photo will be printed in the template.
